Job Responsibilities:
Perform facial, hair, and body treatments in accordance with established SOPs.
Conduct professional consultations, recommending treatments tailored to customer needs.
Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Foster strong client relationships to enhance their overall experience.
Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager for continuous service improvement.
Assess skin concerns and recommend suitable products and treatment packages.
Meet sales targets for treatment packages and retail products.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
Prepare and replenish treatment products, maintaining adequate stock levels.
Assist in covering duties during manpower shortages as needed.
Manage telephone inquiries, appointment bookings, and customer concerns professionally.
Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews to enhance the Medispa’s reputation.
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless service flow.
Support the Branch Manager and Senior Clinical Therapists in delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Requirements
Recognized certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO and ITEC are preferred.
Experienced beauticians with at least one year of experience or more are encouraged to apply.
Must speak proficiently in English.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Possesses a keen sales acumen and the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation includes basic salary and commissions based on rendering services and variable performance bonus.
Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
