Architectural Planning Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in handling all architectural works as instructed by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with consultants to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Supervise architectural works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Provide technical guidance to architects on building regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire architectural process, from planning to implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in architecture or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and coordination.
