This role plays key part in driving revenue and customer engagement through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a target‐oriented environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering high service standards while maintaining compliance and operational discipline. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service. Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Able to work in a structured environment with performance tracking systems (e.g., CRM and Tableau). Familiar with appointment scheduling, SLA metrics, and compliance protocols.
