This senior leadership role is a critical IT Business Partner (Director) position, tasked with driving digital and technological transformation across key regional business functions. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between the business and technology, translating organizational vision into tangible technical roadmaps. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage large teams (direct and indirect) while deeply engaging with executive stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the business to define, articulate, and translate business goals (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc) into clear, prioritized technical strategies and IT roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary liaison between local/regional users, executive leaders (c-suits team) and international teams, ensuring technology investments align with business needs.
  • Work with end-users and distributors (internal/external partners) to increase user adoption and maximize the value derived from key platforms and systems.
  • Lead and initiate digital transformation across core domains, specifically targeting the acceleration of eCommerce and Digital platforms initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful integration and consolidation of core business platforms, including ERP systems.
  • Drive operational improvement by leveraging data and integration projects to deliver actionable, data-driven insights (e.g., optimizing sales targeting and the supply chain).
  • Manage a team of 6-7 direct reports and provide functional leadership or coordination for approximately 10 indirect personnel.
  • Foster a culture of self-service, ownership, and innovation, unlocking the potential of employees through new technology and ways of working.
  • Oversee operational execution and project implementation from a strategic perspective.

skills and experience required
Must have proven experience at an IT Director and experience managing regional IT platforms and implementing solutions across multiple markets (ideally APAC, EMEA, or LATAM).
Strong background spanning the IT lifecycle, from helpdesk and networking through to ERP implementation and Business Intelligence (BI).
Whats on offer
The permanent opportunity for a IT Business Partner (Director level) , will pay a salary range of $18,000 - $ 20,000 plus benefits. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangement.
