Job Description:

The role is to lead product demonstrations, follow up on sales leads, and build strong relationships with partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product demonstrations, follow up on sales leads, and build strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and address concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and internal reports.
  • Ensure availability of AV equipment for demos and sales activities.
  • Manage quotations, purchase orders, and pricing negotiations with vendors.
  • Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
  • Work closely with management to plan and execute AV projects.
  • Create and review schematic drawings and layout plans.
  • Assist in procurement of AV hardware/software and ensure project readiness.
  • Manage project timelines, logistics, and equipment storage/transport.
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of AV systems onsite.
  • Execute electrical wiring, trunking, and basic construction tasks.
  • Commission and test devices including CCTV, ELV, Bluetooth, and other AV technologies.
  • Provide pre-, during-, and post-project support including quality checks, technical issue resolution, and user training.
  • Maintain project documentation and liaise with finance for billing and costing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT, or Computer Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AV systems and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of video conferencing, broadcasting, signal flow, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with video editing software, graphics, and encoding tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AV hardware, software, and industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
