Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills. The role involves providing expert technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring seamless customer experience and business growth.

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product range, providing support to internal teams and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Deliver technical training and product workshops to enhance knowledge and competencies of staff and clients.
  • Partner with Product Management to provide feedback for product development and enhancement in the regional market.
  • Support local Product Managers in designing and reviewing customer-specific solutions for tender submissions and large-scale projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in technical support or consulting role, with strong documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of market landscape, competitor products, and industry trends.
  • Experience in relevant industry preferred.
