Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing support team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide accurate information on our products and services, and record events and problems in our logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a technician or other customer support role, tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control. You should also have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
