Enterprise Senior Network Engineer Job Description

This role involves delivering Enterprise Networking Technologies, including Data Centre, Wireless Routing & Switching, and Software Defined solutions to new and existing customers. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our network engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation: Responsible for designing and implementing network and security solutions for clients, which may involve configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers and other network devices. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network and security issues that arise for clients while deploying, investigating connectivity problems, configuration issues, and analyzing network traffic. Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and ensure their needs are met. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other teams such as project managers and Operations team to ensure the network delivery is completed within the stipulated time. Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation such as Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT documents. Obtain sign-off from clients for project closure. Knowledge
