Job Responsibilities The Technical Lead and Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, architectural patterns, and best practices. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills. Implement security controls to protect sensitive data and applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application response times. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems. Provide timely and effective support to end-users. Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and service requests. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of networking and security concepts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
