Prepare detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of building projects, lead and delegate tasks within a workgroup. Prepare calculations required for the design of engineering projects. Prepare specifications, proposals, and other tender documentation. Use initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise at a competent level. Act as a technical expert to mentor and develop other structural engineers within the team, and provide structural design expertise in overseeing all technical aspects of projects. Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and communicate clearly with colleagues and managers. What can you bring to the team? Recognised Civil & Structural Engineering qualification (Bachelor / Master’s degree). Minimum 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience in an engineering consultancy environment. Proven proficiency and experience in civil / structural engineering design and analysis on building projects in Singapore. Solid experience in reinforced concrete, post tension concrete and structural steelwork design. Seismic design experience is advantageous. Sound understanding and application of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices. Strong client focus, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and self‑motivation.
