Associate Finance Director

A reputable organisation in Singapore is seeking an Associate Finance Director to support the Finance Director in leading the finance function and contributing to strategic decision-making. This pivotal role is suited for a finance leader who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about driving sustainable business growth through sound financial management and insightful analysis.
What you'll do:
As Associate Finance Director, you will play an integral part in supporting the Finance Director while taking ownership of day-to-day operations within the finance department.
Partner with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals.Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.Deliver clear, data-driven financial analysis and performance reporting to guide senior leadership decisions.Lead investment-related analysis to support growth initiatives and capital allocation decisions.Collaborate with business units to develop budgets and forecasts that align with regulatory standards and company strategy.Provide strategic financial insights to operational teams to optimise performance and profitability.Identify financial risks and implement control measures to safeguard the organisation's assets.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and policies.Mentor and guide the finance team, promoting professional development and a culture of excellence.Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders including auditors, investors, and senior executives. What you bring:
To excel as Associate Finance Director, you will bring extensive experience gained from senior finance roles where you have demonstrated both technical proficiency and emotional intelligence.
