About the role
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Product Consultant, you will work together with customer’s digital value proposition teams and tech teams to drive the development of the product from conceptualization to MVP and finally to scale.
This role is based in Singapore.
What you’ll do
Business Storytelling & Research: Develop compelling narratives, create executive presentations and conduct in-depth market research to define the product’s value proposition and market positioning.
Needs Assessment: Establish a structured framework for conducting needs assessments, identifying pain points and collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Business Use Cases: Define and document business use cases, ensuring alignment with client needs and product capabilities.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy and create a comprehensive, well-prioritized product roadmap.
Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals, ensuring a deep understanding of technical details and how they align with business objectives. Provide a clear framework in the evaluation, scoring and selection process through compelling business writing.
Technical Requirements: Generate comprehensive technical requirements to guide the development of the platform’s design and implementation. Facilitate technical discussions and provide essential guidance to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Product Development: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Commercial Model Development: Define the commercial model for the platform, considering pricing, monetization and revenue strategies.
Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead and coordinate a program that involves various stakeholders, from securing budget to defining RACI and resource required.
Leadership Engagement: Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to help shape their vision and provide guidance in aligning business goals with the product.
Explore and Create: The next up and coming digital products requires a creative and unique perspective to formulate a cohesive experience from seemingly disparate technologies.
Prototyping and Testing: Comfortable in conceptualizing prototypes (physical, digital, or both) and applying robust testing methods, such as SIT/UAT, A/B testing, regression testing, etc.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of proven experience in program management, product management, or similar roles within the technology and consulting industry.
Technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts, API specifications and nuances that come with a SaaS platform, and to engage in technical discussions.
Good understanding of DevOps to evaluate, critique, and create recommendations.
Exceptional business writing, storytelling and research skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects forward in an ambiguous environment.
Experience in needs assessment, user research and market analysis.
Strategic and highly conceptual mindset able to start building from a blank page
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
