We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead one of our Singapore boutiques. This role will focus on achieving commercial targets, enhancing brand presence, and building a motivated team culture that delivers retail excellence and exceptional client experiences. With boutiques across the world, we are committed to offering an elevated shopping experience while inspiring individuality, authenticity, and community spirit. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth execution, retail excellence, and achievement of sales and KPI objectives. Manage budgets by monitoring performance, expenses, and revenues while implementing strategies to drive profitability. Enhance client engagement by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and promoting database development for effective CRM. Uphold brand identity through proper execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines and store presentation. Recruit, train, and motivate store teams, setting clear goals and driving a culture of accountability and achievement. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of management experience in luxury retail. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a 'can-do' spirit. Positive, self-motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer focus and a collaborative team player who inspires those around them.
