ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills who can effectively engage stakeholders. This role supports our distribution targets and collaborates with Agency Sales Managers or Directors.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, independent, and curious. If you are eager to make a difference and challenge the status quo, we want YOU
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support distribution targets and initiatives, influencing Agency Sales Managers or Directors
Develop and achieve distribution and recruitment goals
Recommend initiatives to drive sales, business plans, and KPIs
Engage with and influence key sales leaders
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI CMFAS papers
Good BSC grading
Clean compliance record with no complaints
Experience managing agency teams or managers preferred
At least 1 year of financial sales experience
Knowledge of the FA market, products, and analytical skills are advantageous
