Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Specialist to join our team. The Insurance Specialist will serve as the resident expert in Accident & Health (A&H) and Life insurance products solutions offered by PromiseLand Independent. This role is not sales-focused but rather, centered around providing technical expertise, conducting product reviews, and offering specialised advice to Sales Advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews of insurance products and providers to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Provide technical expertise and specialised advice on A&H and Life insurance products to Sales Advisers.
- Offer coaching and training sessions to Sales Advisers on insurance products and industry updates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations set by PromiseLand Independent and external regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on A&H and Life insurance products.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ChFC, CPF, CLU) are a plus.
