Job Title Corporate Secretarial & Admin Exec Job Description & Requirements We are a corporate secretarial and accountancy firm providing business advisory services to SMEs, corporates, and HNW individuals. Corporate Secretarial Executive Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, IRAS and other statutory boards Liaise and advise clients on company incorporations, company statutory administration, including preparation of resolutions and related matters Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring) Prepare and submit Annual Return for local companies Preparation of XBRL Report Familiarity with offshore companies incorporation and administration Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients Assist in administrative duties Any other relevant duties as assigned by manager Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Legal or Corporate Secretaryship studies preferred Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial firm Strong knowledge in Statutory Reporting, filing with ACRA and IRAS and Companies Act Independent, organized and meticulous Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written English communication skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word Positive working attitude, pro‑active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
