Scope:
Preparing for, running and reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly project cadences.
Production of key project artefacts such as project plans (excel), meeting minutes, project status summaries.
Preparing and socialising key stakeholder communications (PPT) for mid-senior level stakeholders.
Engaging with Data Science project team and a range of business stakeholders.
Supporting the Data Science Leads and Business Stakeholders in ideation of data science projects, confirmation of business objectives and documentation of the same.
Running data science projects from inception to delivery, focusing on mid/high level milestones and business integration for realization of business value.
Identifying potential project risks and issues, bringing stakeholders together to resolve at the working level or breaking down larger problems and deducing solution options, then presenting for senior decision as appropriate.
Managing several projects concurrently.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Data/Business Analytics/Data Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience or relevant business analyst/data experience in Banks or Financial Institutions is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintaining composure and focus even under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
Strong foundation in project management techniques is advantageous.
