About the role
We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Representative to join our growing team at BM Healthcare Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our innovative healthcare products and services. The role is based in the Central Region and offers opportunities for career progression within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Arranging and conducting effective sales presentations to showcase our products and services
Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
Providing excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
Continuously seeking to expand your product knowledge and sales expertise
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales cycle
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a sales or customer-facing role
