As a pivotal member of the Product Strategy Office reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and shaping the future direction of our product portfolio. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will lead the development of robust product strategies, support current product success, and identify opportunities for future growth. How You Would Make a Difference
Lead the development of competitive product strategies for portfolio products, working closely with product teams and senior management
Bring industry, market and customer insights to bear in distinctive product strategy that translates into a differentiating product roadmap and customer experience
Support product teams in preparing for Quarterly Product Reviews (QPR) and drive initiatives to enhance current products
Build business cases for new products or new features
Utilize data-driven insights to inform enterprise-level direction, decisions and priorities regarding the Amplify Health product portfolio
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, collaborating with our internal tech incubator and partnership/M&A functions to bring innovative ideas to fruition
What You Need To Be Successful
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience with relevant products, e.g. healthcare, data & analytics, insurtech products such as
