Job Responsibilities Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans. Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports. Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required. Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement. Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations. Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims. Prepare and agree final accounts. Requirements 3-8 years' experience in quantity survey or cost management. Possess a relevant Bachelor's Degree. Preferably have experience working in the industrial projects or data centre projects. Good communication skills. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. What We Can Offer You Varied, interesting and meaningful work.
