We are looking for a Business Development Manager or Assistant Manager to lead and support growth in the Institutional Catering segment – covering factories, schools, hospitals, and government agencies. If you thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment , have strong commercial acumen, and enjoy turning market insights into actionable strategies, this role could be your next career moveKey Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in institutional catering. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders for long-term collaboration. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, culinary, procurement, finance) to develop competitive and sustainable business solutions . Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth. Monitor contract performance , ensure SLA compliance, and support contract negotiation and renewal. Gather market intelligence , benchmark industry practices, and provide insights for strategic decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field . 3–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within institutional catering/foodservice. Strong understanding of market structure, tender processes, and client requirements . Proven ability to drive business growth and manage key accounts effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Analytical mindset with commercial and financial acumen . Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
