* Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.* Utilize Workday integration tools such as **Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)**, **Workday Studio**, **Core Connectors**, **Cloud Connectors**, **PICOF/PECI**, and **Workday Extend** to build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking).* Develop and implement **XSLT transformations**, **REST/SOAP APIs**, and **JSON/XML** data mappings to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.* Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop integration solutions.* Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively.* Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues.* **Experience:** Minimum of 5–7 years in Workday integration and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).* **Technical Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Extend), XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques.* **Reporting Expertise:** Proficient in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards, utilizing Calculated Fields and RaaS.* **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.* **Certifications:** Workday Integration and Reporting certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Certified, Integration Certified, Report Designer).* **Additional Skills:** Experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or similar ERP systems; proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.* **Language Proficiency:** Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.* Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.* Health insurance and wellness programs.* Opportunities for professional development and Workday certification.* Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.As pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
