Performance Review: Receive regular feedback through performance reviews and individual presentations at the end of each rotation. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in all disciplines. Experience: 0-2 years of working experience. Relevant internship or work experience within insurance or financial institutions is desirable. Engagement in social work and extracurricular activities is valued.
