String Ensemble Instructor


Are you a dedicated and passionate music educator with a knack for teaching students of all skill levels?

We are seeking an experienced String Ensemble Instructor to join our team. As a String Ensemble Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging lessons, developing curriculum, and guiding students towards their musical goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach string ensemble classes, covering repertoire from classical to contemporary pieces .
  • Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual students' needs .
  • Assist in curriculum development and maintenance of high-quality instructional materials .
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment .
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field .
  • Strong teaching and leadership skills, with experience working with diverse age groups .
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues .
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an asset (for communication with Mandarin-speaking staff) .
