String Ensemble Instructor

Are you a dedicated and passionate music educator with a knack for teaching students of all skill levels? We are seeking an experienced instructor to lead engaging lessons, develop curriculum, and guide students towards their musical goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach string ensemble classes, covering repertoire from classical to contemporary pieces.
  • Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual students' needs.
  • Assist in curriculum development and maintenance of high-quality instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
  • Strong teaching and leadership skills, with experience working with diverse age groups.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an asset (for communication with Mandarin-speaking staff).
