The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for sale or delivery to customers. This role requires a passion for automotive care and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Cleaning and Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets and upholstery. Inspection: Conduct a visual inspection of vehicles to identify any damages or areas needing repair, and report findings to management. Maintenance: Maintain equipment and supplies used for cleaning and detailing, ensuring they are in good working order. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any specific requests or concerns regarding their vehicles. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of quality. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Any other ad hoc duties assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in car detailing or grooming is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
