**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to service standards. Schedule and coordinate car wash services, managing customer appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
- Monitor equipment, tools, and chemical supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of car wash attendants and technicians. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and service quality. Conduct training sessions for new employees, covering car wash procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience, handling inquiries, resolving complaints. Address customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote additional car wash services such as detailing, coating, and interior cleaning. Quality Control :Inspect vehicles after washing to ensure that all services meet company standards. Implement quality checks to ensure consistency in the level of service provided.
- Monitor car wash times to ensure efficiency and avoid customer wait times. Safety and Compliance.
- Ensure all staff adhere to safety and operational protocols, minimizing risk and accidents. Regularly inspect the car wash facility for safety hazards, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Promote and uphold environmental sustainability practices, such as proper water recycling and chemical usage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the car wash or automotive service industry.
- Diploma or relevant certification in operations, automotive services, or business management is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team, ensuring smooth operation and high service quality.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and requests in a professional manner. Technical Knowledge.
- Familiarity with car wash systems, equipment maintenance, and chemical handling.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak business hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of car wash technology and automated systems.Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in Singapore’s automotive service industry.
