CASTING ASSOCIATE CUM EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
  • As a Casting Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve scouting and shortlisting suitable actors, models, and performers for various roles in web series, films, advertisements, or short-form content. You will be responsible for conducting and scheduling auditions, both offline and virtually, while coordinating with casting directors, agents, and talent managers. Additionally, you will maintain a detailed casting database containing profiles, audition tapes, and feedback. Negotiating talent contracts within production budgets and legal guidelines will also be a key aspect of your role, along with ensuring the availability of the cast during pre-production and shooting schedules. You will also be managing look tests, readings, and chemistry checks in collaboration with the director and lead actors.In the role of an Executive Producer, you will have the overarching responsibility of overseeing the entire project life cycle, starting from ideation and budgeting to scripting, post-production, and final delivery. Collaboration with writers, directors, line producers, and department heads will be essential to ensure that creative and financial goals are successfully met. Monitoring schedules, shooting timelines, and resource allocation will be crucial in order to prevent delays and budget overruns. Serving as the communication bridge between investors/producers and the production team will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that the content meets regulatory guidelines, legal clearances, and platform-specific quality standards. Supervising marketing, PR tie-ins, and OTT/channel partnerships, if required, will also be part of your responsibilities.This position offers opportunities for full-time, permanent, and fresher candidates to delve into the dynamic and multifaceted world of casting and production management.,
