Talent Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Professional to oversee the career development and growth of our talents.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, scouting, and recruiting top talent for film, TV, dance, and musical productions. They will also coordinate auditions, interviews, and casting calls, as well as manage onboarding processes including agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation.

In addition, they will develop and manage personalized career strategies for talents in alignment with agency and industry goals. This will involve promoting talents to production companies, casting agents, and producers, and negotiating roles, fees, appearances, and endorsement deals on behalf of talents.

Another key responsibility will be overseeing and managing talent schedules, rehearsals, shoots, and promotional appearances. This will involve ensuring timely communication of production timelines and changes, and coordinating with production teams for script reads, costume fittings, and call times.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent management, casting, or entertainment agency work.
  • Strong understanding of film production processes and entertainment industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple talents and projects concurrently.
  • Possession of a degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or related fields.
