Precision Casting Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes for precision castings, as well as overseeing all aspects of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient processes for precision castings to ensure high-quality products.
- Monitor and analyze specific process parameters to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise resource allocation, training, preventive maintenance, and operational improvements.
- Conduct safety and risk management reviews for all relevant processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Degree in Material Science or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience in a foundry environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers, and to schedule and manage projects.
