We're looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where creative flair meets real-world execution. You'll work alongside our core team to bring our ideas to life — in content, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of content for brand identity, events, and social media.
  • Participate in generating ideas that bring brand voice to life.
  • Design basic visuals using Canva, CapCut, or Videoscribe — no need to be a senior designer, but must have good taste.
  • Work closely with the marketing lead to execute brand ideas, from planning to roll-out.
  • Take initiative while staying aligned with direction – balancing freedom with discipline.
  • Support events and activations with visual kits, moodboards, social assets, and real-time content coverage.
  • Be present at events to assist with setup, audience engagement, and live content capture.
  • A stylish, communicative person with a sharp eye and a sharp tongue (in a good way).
  • Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera.
  • Has a natural flair for content, humor, storytelling, and trend-sensitivity.
  • Able to handle fast-paced, ever-changing environments with grace.
  • Confident working around people – including speaking, presenting, or managing social moments.
  • Open to growth, feedback, and learning new tech tools (Al, automation, etc.)
