Guest Services Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts builds relationships with Guests who visit the wellness facilities, including the Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool & Spa, and offers proactive service and assistance to those individuals.
Responsibilities
The Swimming Pool & Pool Bar:
Provide high-level service as part of the Pool Bar team, including serving ice water with amenities, taking food and drink orders, processing food orders in coordination with In-Room Dining, preparing drinks (cocktails, smoothies, coffee, tea), issuing pool towels, assisting guests with sun-loungers, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the pool area, managing financial transactions at the Pool Bar, coordinating with external vendors for pool maintenance, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
The Spa:
Be knowledgeable about Conrad Spa products and services, handle financial transactions and general administration at the spa reception, manage sales of spa retail items, schedule spa appointments and handle telephone inquiries, ensure cleanliness and safety in the spa including changing rooms.
The Fitness Center:
Provide efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalized service to guests, maintain cleanliness and safety in the fitness centre, manage towel issuance and locker facilities, handle bookings for group fitness classes and personal training sessions of hotel guests.
Overall Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Fitness Centre & Spa Manager and team to provide unparalleled service across gym, spa, and pool; actively engage with guests to anticipate and meet their needs; contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience at each facility.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a similar setting
Relevant, current, and valid qualifications
Strong customer awareness and focus
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with Members and Guests
Eager to learn with the required product knowledge
Able to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
