Our client is a US listed MNC in the Pharmaceutical industry, with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to core planning efforts, including standards development, long-term forecasting, and financial update cycles.
Develop and maintain robust financial models; perform scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Track and assess spending, headcount, and project expenses to uncover inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving measures.
Design and deliver insightful reports and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to highlight key performance indicators.
Work cross-functionally to gather, validate, and integrate data, ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, modeling, etc.)
Experience with Power BI and SAP preferred
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
