Cloud Service Delivery Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This role involves ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient cloud services, meeting client satisfaction, and driving continuous operational improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. They will be responsible for managing daily cloud service delivery, overseeing incidents, changes, and problems, and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cloud service delivery to ensure SLAs, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee incidents, changes, and problems while driving operational stability and improvements.
  • Monitor cloud performance using tools to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
  • Build strong client relationships, provide insights, and align services with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and secure cloud operations with detailed reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years' service delivery experience, including 3 years in cloud operations.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including monitoring and incident management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, ITIL, automation tools, and cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills to manage cross-functional teams.
