Operations Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs through process optimization and automation.
- Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and finances, to support operational needs and maximize productivity.
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment and synergy in operational activities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard operations and minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in all operational activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery and value for the company.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the AI and Cloud industry, with a proven track record in operations management.
- Strong understanding of AI and Cloud technologies, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proven experience in process optimization, resource management, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
