We arelooking for a strategic and innovative Supply Chain Technology professional to join our client andtake the lead in driving theirsupply chain's digital transformation. Acting as a key partner to the Director of Technology and Innovation, you will shape and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap, optimize critical systems like WMS and TMS, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. This role demands a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to create a seamlessly integrated supply chain technology ecosystem. The Challenges Strategic Leadership Shape and lead the development of a robust supply chain technology roadmap aligned with business priorities. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to implement and maintain WMS, TMS, and other key systems, ensuring alignment with the organizations connected technology model. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for cost reduction, process optimization, and improved customer experiences. Operational Excellence & Governance Partner with operations leaders to establish a governance framework for technology change requests, ensuring alignment across all supply chain systems. Oversee the lifecycle of change requests for WMS, TMS, and related applications, ensuring efficient execution. Continuously evaluate and enhance system performance, enabling a culture of operational excellence. Lead efforts to enhance integration and connectivity across supply chain technologies, creating seamless interoperability between systems. Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and ensure solutions align with strategic goals. Drive initiatives to streamline workflows and improve supply chain efficiency through connected technologies. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management Act as the primary liaison for supply chain technology systems, representing the product function in executive discussions and cross-functional forums. Facilitate stakeholder training, communication, and alignment for new technology capabilities, ensuring consistent adoption across the organization. What It Takes 9 years of experience in product management or leadership roles related to supply chain technology, including complex system implementations. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering alignment with strategic objectives. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels. A strategic thinker with the agility to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Expertise in driving product strategy, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams.
