Overview Join to apply for the Team Support Executive role at CBRE Asia Pacific . This role supports the Industrial Brokerage division in Singapore and contributes to a high performing team in a global real estate and property services organization. What You'll Do Responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining prospective clients' and transactions' databases. Work with relevant departments to ensure stock database is updated. Assist team members in administrative tasks such as arranging conference calls, meetings, transport, courier and other ad hoc duties. Manage invoices and follow up on billing. Maintain and manage Salesforce (online tracker for directors to track team members' performance and current dealings). Keep track and update the team's track record and capability statements. Provide direct marketing and sales support by organizing outdoor, online and newspaper advertisements and sending email blasts for projects. Manage social media posts (LinkedIn, Carousell, Google Adwords, YouTube Ads, Commercial Guru, The Edge) for the Industrial & Logistics team. Create marketing materials such as Information Memorandums, Property Factsheets, Proposals and Presentations with support from in-house graphic design. Liaise with the Digital and Technology team in India on setting up virtual data rooms and user access; prepare, upload and manage due diligence items and documents in the virtual dataroom. Support team members in projects by managing NDA signings with prospective buyers, tracking status, arranging viewings, and updating progress reports. What You'll Need Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. Ability to work flexible hours if required to support critical deadlines. Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
