What the role is SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / PROJECT ENGINEER, CIVIL What you will be working on You will play a lead role in managing the contractors in the construction of new MRT Lines and/or enhancement to existing lines. You will be involved in the management of contractors for stations and tunnel constructions in elevated or underground construction. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of the contractors' works. You will also assist in planning and managing the risks and cashflows of the various contracts as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations/payments/claims. What we are looking for Knowledge in Civil Engineering with familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction At least 4 years of hands‐on experience managing large‐scale infrastructure projects Underground construction experience, particularly in deep excavation and tunnelling works will be an added advantage A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and track work Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership experience Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results‐oriented Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply Successful candidates may be required to work from project offices located in Changi or Tuas area As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and /or undergo further assessment.
