Senior Household Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless household operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and manage a team of household staff, including nannies, drivers, domestic helpers, and gardeners.
    • Maintain household schedules, oversee repairs and maintenance, and coordinate vendors and service providers.
  • Administrative Support & Personal Assistant Role
    • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries on behalf of the family.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
    • Organize personal and family events.
  • Human Resource Management Functions:
    • Recruitment, Onboarding, & Staff Development
      • Hire and onboard domestic staff, conduct interviews, background checks, and contract setup.
      • Draft and maintain employment contracts.
    • Employee Records & Payroll Administration
      • Process monthly salaries and administer CPF, allowances, and medical insurance coverage.
    • Performance Management & Training
      • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
      • Organize training sessions.
