Job Title: Domestic Services Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household.

Responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating household staff, overseeing housekeeping and laundry, liaising with vendors and service providers, managing family calendars, assisting with travel arrangements, greeting and assisting guests as required, and maintaining accurate records of household expenses and inventory.

  • Supervise and coordinate household staff, including helpers and drivers
  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and grocery management
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and appointments
  • Manage family calendars, appointments, and school schedules
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including bookings and reservations
  • Greet and assist guests as required

Requirements:

Candidates should have previous experience in household management or working with expatriate families, strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, high integrity, discretion, and reliability.

They should also be flexible to work evenings or weekends when required and familiar with local services, amenities, and vendors.

Preferred Skills:
