Technical Trainer, East area (Semicon Industry)East area START ASAP 7am to 4:30pm/ 4pm- 1:30am (Rotating shift)1 year contract (Renewable)About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in both classroom and practical settings with hands-on experience in semiconductor operations and a strong ability to translate technical knowledge into effective training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical training through classroom lectures and practical exercises. Follow and adhere to the prescribed training curriculum. Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise. Participate in projects aimed at improving training processes. Ensure complete customer satisfaction within the assigned area. Assist in planning and support managers and senior staff as needed. Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and promote safety as a core value. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or other related Engineering disciplines Hands-on experience in equipment assembly, system build, testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting Experience working in a cleanroom environment. Basic electrical/electronic knowledge (e.g., multimeter usage). Strong attention to detail. Initiative and willingness to suggest process improvements. Ability to communicate effectively and exchange information with team members.
