DESIGNATION : Technical Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Conduct in-house/OJT training & assessment for the staff.**:

- Conduct training needs analyses for the organisation.
- Design and develop the organisation's competency framework.
- Identify suitable technologies and methodologies to enhance training, coaching, and assessment programmes.
- ** Support the implementation of trainers' and assessors' development plans.**:

- Coordinate competency assessments for Trade Skills teams.
- Coordinate the piloting of new training initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training, coaching and assessment programmes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training, coaching and assessment programmes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the learning and development field.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- ** Min. 3 years of experience in a similar training role.**:

- ** Possessing an ACTA qualification is a must.**:

- Skilled in developing training materials and programs, and actual hands-on experience is a must.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player & problem solver
- Good staff, trainer & assessor development management skills

OTHER INFORMATION
- Permannet Full Time role
- 5 working days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
- Two ways company transport provided at Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT station
