Sales Executive (Malaysia and Singapore)Posted on 11 June 2025Overview We seek a highly motivated, technically proficient and passionate in exploring CAD software Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge, particularly in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor and etc, and will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products and services to new and existing customers. You will be working very closely with the sales director and application engineers to provide technical expertise, present product solutions, and assist clients in selecting the best options to meet their needs. Job Purpose To provide sales leadership to source, follow up, manage and close sales through solution selling to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets. The role focuses on sales execution and managing sales personnel (if applicable). Responsibilities Identifying potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking for Malacca/Muar territory. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales support. Work closely with sales director and snr. Application engineer to engage in any sales opportunities. Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships. Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. Achieve sales targets and report on sales progress and customer feedback. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Hands-on experience with CAD software (knowledge of specific tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or NX is preferred). Recent graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience, or individuals passionate about exploring CAD software, are welcome to apply. Strong technical understanding of the products and solutions being sold, preferably. Must be highly independent and demonstrate strong self-initiative. Ability to travel as required by the role and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
