Our Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is about developing tomorrow’s leaders, today. This unique programme is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFLs) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerates your readiness to take on business leadership roles through multiple job rotations. We offer world-class development opportunities in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. You'll learn from the best, both internally and externally; inspiring leaders and colleagues to support your professional and personal growth. As well as learning on the job, you'll have access to many carefully selected learning programmes to build fundamental leadership and business skills. Marketing within our Brand teams is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas which varies and includes the following:

• Brand building and brand development
• Be a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix
• Manage multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies
• Overseeing networks for new product launches with supply chain team and alignment with Category team on launches

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Graduates with no formal work experience beyond 24 months upon graduation
• Driven and Energetic
• Willing to travel - geographic mobility.
