Our Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) focuses on developing tomorrow's leaders today.
This programme provides opportunities to accelerate your readiness to take on business leadership roles through multiple job rotations.

What will you be doing?
Marketing within our Brand teams is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data, and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You will embark on experiences in core Marketing areas which vary and include the following:
Brand building and brand development
Be part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix
Manage multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies
Oversee networks for new product launches with the supply chain team and alignment with the Category team on launches

What do we look for?
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Graduates with no formal work experience beyond 24 months upon graduation
Driven and Energetic
Willing to travel - geographic mobility
