Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus

Overview
What the role is:
As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus (Projects) in the School Campus Department under the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that implements infrastructure technology and Smart Facilities Management projects in schools.
What you will be working on
Plan, implement, and manage Smart Facilities Management projects, programmes and technologies (including mobile and web applications) in schools to improve building performance, manpower efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
Provide support in overseeing and coordinating the integration of interfaces between operational technologies, building automation and IT systems (including cloud-based or localised systems).
Administer contracts, monitor budgets and liaise with various stakeholders (e.g. users, contractors, other ministries/ agencies and third parties) to manage projects.
Analyse, interpret and report data on buildings and facilities, as well as recommend enhancements driven by data analytics and research on latest smart facilities and building management trends and technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.).
Conduct regular communication and engagement sessions, as well as onboarding and training sessions with various users and stakeholders to promote partnerships and ensure smooth delivery of services and successful projects completions.
What we are looking for
Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in Smart Facilities Management and/ or building automated controls in the built environment or other related fields.
Experience in IT, systems implementation and systems integration would be an advantage.
Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team.
