Role Overview

As a video content strategist, you will play a vital role in bringing our mission to life by creating engaging video content that motivates users to take action. Your work will simplify the app experience, highlight the impact of daily health tracking, and show real-world benefits in a way that feels personal and compelling.
\Key Responsibilities

  • Develop video concepts for user acquisition campaigns tailored to various markets, demographics, therapeutic areas, and features. \
  • Design and produce finalized assets for multiple channels, adhering to brand guidelines, healthcare industry standards, and local market nuances. \
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective visual solutions. \
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and concepts, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends. \
  • Create video and other assets for various platforms, adapting styles and formats to suit different audience preferences, therapeutic area vitals, and technical requirements.
\Requirements
  • \
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in video content and graphic design production, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including promotional videos, ads, and visual assets. \
  • Proficiency in design software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and relevant 2D/3D software. \
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate original ideas and translate concepts into visually appealing videos and designs that resonate with target audiences. \
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve project goals.
