AI Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging, high-quality microlearning and explainer content that supports staff training, onboarding, and system adoption.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and MOE communication standards, as well as experience working with AI video production tools and platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.

The role requires the ability to work independently and manage production timelines, while also collaborating with policy or training teams to storyboard and sequence content for learning journeys.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce AI-generated training and explainer videos
  • Script or refine content with LLMs, ensuring clarity, tone, and instructional effectiveness
  • Apply microlearning strategies to structure content into concise, goal-oriented segments
  • Collaborate with policy or training teams to storyboard and sequence content for learning journeys

Requirements:

  • Proficient with AI video production tools
  • Skilled in scripting and storyboarding with clear instructional flow
  • Understanding of microlearning principles and learner-focused design
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or learning analytics is advantageous

Benefits:

This role offers a 3-month contract with opportunities for renewal up to 9 months. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with two days of remote work from home per week.
