We Want YouJoining bonus of up to S$3,000 available (Locals/ SPR)Responsibilities Ensure the service level is achieved and exceed our guest expectations through friendly service and provide clean and comfortable dining experience Supervise the efficiency and accuracy of customer orders and prompt delivery within the established speed of service guidelines Supervise/in charge of the restaurant daily cash handling and security process Work with marketing department on marketing plan and launching of new product Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are met for smooth operations Be compliant with all government and BK policies/regulations Ensure that restaurant's recruitment, training and operations needs are fulfilled Supervise daily operations and effectively retain team talents Conduct performance assessments, make recommendations or termination of poor performing crew Qualifications Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided Meticulous and analytical Positive attitude and able to handle pressure Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferably having experience in QSR restaurant Successful candidates will be placed on a 3 months on-the-job intensive training with Burger King Singapore before commencement of the official position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
