Residency Consultant Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through a significant life decision — applying for PR or Citizenship. Key responsibilities include evaluating eligibility, recommending tailored immigration strategies, and converting leads into paid clients through consultative selling. Additionally, the role involves building long-term relationships with clients by providing honest, high-quality service and ensuring smooth onboarding by collaborating with the processing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience in consulting, education, finance, or banking
  • Prior experience in immigration consultancy is an advantage
  • Confident communication skills, strong closing abilities, and a passion for helping people build better futures
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
  • Fluent English language skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
